Print Statement

This page provides options to generate the Sworn Financial Statement, as well as a Certificate of Compliance.

The application creates a well-formatted PDF for the selected document. Active subscribers can also choose the following options:

• Use the Print Preview option to adjust the printed document. For example, increase or decrease margins.
• Email a PDF version to your inbox or to any recipient.

Document Settings

You can customize the printed documents by adjusting the following settings:

• Adjust parties and case information. Not available for single-pay files.
• Adjust Represenation details and assigned attorneys.
• Mark a Sworn Financial Statement as changed.
• Set the verification fields.
• Enter the Certificate of Service details.
• Select the Certificate of Compliance options.
• Customize the title and court caption fields.
